Overview
This rate is designed for customers using more than 30,000 kilowatt-hours per month for three consecutive months in a 12-month period.

Charges
In the General Secondary Demand Rate plan, you are charged for facilities, energy and demand.

The Facilities Charge is a fixed service charge.

• One meter is $85 per month. (each additional meter is $4 per month)

The Energy Charge is for total electricity used during the billing period.
Power supply charge:

• On-peak 5.06 cents per kWh
• Off-peak 3.36 cents per kWh
• *PBNC Credit: 1.581 cents per kWh

Delivery charge:

• On-peak 1.00 cents per kWh
• Off-peak 1.00 cents per kWh

The Demand Charge is for your highest level of demand between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. weekdays during the billing period.

• On-peak $13.243 per kW.

Power Supply cost surcharge:

• Base -0.049 cents per kWh
