If you enroll in Energy Partners and change your mind, you may end your participation at any time at no cost. In many cases, this can be done while you are on the phone. Once you have been deactivated, you cannot rejoin for 12 months.
We Energies will repair and/or replace your Energy Partners device as long as your account is actively enrolled in the Energy Partners program. The Energy Partners device is the property of the homeowner and is not the property of We Energies. If you are no longer participating in the Energy Partners program, we will not be responsible for any maintenance, repair, replacement or warranty of the Energy Partners device.
Should a qualified air conditioner (AC) dealer determine that an Energy Partners device caused damage to your central AC, We Energies pays for damages that it determines were caused by the device.
Any claim for repair costs must be supported by an itemized bill and a statement from the dealer identifying the problem’s nature and cause. If repair costs exceed actual value of the AC unit, we pay the lesser of the two.
