Automatic Pay Plan

Terms and Conditions

  • Residential, small commercial, large commercial and industrial customers billed in CSS are eligible for Automatic Pay Plan if they meet the following requirements:
    • Customer must have bank account at participating financial institution.
    • No arrears can be on account.
    • Account on Pay Agreement, will be reviewed.
    • Account must be active gas, electric or steam account.
    • No minimum length of utility service.
    • Account must not have been removed from Automatic Pay Plan by We Energies for credit reasons in past year.
    • Customer cannot have more than one Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) check in past twelve months.
  • Customer can be removed from Automatic Pay Plan if they have more than one disconnect notice or NSF check in one year.
  • If Group Bill, entire Group Bill amount must be on Automatic Pay Plan, so entire Group Bill is deducted.
    • Detail account on Automatic Pay Plan cannot be added to Group Bill.
