2008 Fall Construction Projects

Lakefront Wildwood - A new 17-lot subdivision is going in on the east side of Lake Shore Drive, just South of Donges Bay Road. Construction of the water main began in late August. The water main route will cross N. Port Washington Road and then head north up Kathleen Lane, and east along Zedler Drive. The final leg will be along the west side of N. Lake Shore Drive. This water main project should be complete some time near the end of October and occur primarily in the ditch line of these city streets.

Winding Hollow - This is a new condominium development just south and west of the intersection of Mequon Road and N. Port Washington Road. The majority of the construction will occur on private property, but there will be some tie in work on the edge of N. Port Washington Road. Construction began in late September.

Whitetail Woods - This is a small residential subdivision off of W. Sherwood Drive in the city of Mequon. The water main will tie in to the 8-inch water main in the east ditch line of N. Cedarburg Road. It will be installed to the west along W. Sherwood Drive up to the entrance of the subdivision. Water main will continue south into the development. Construction is scheduled to begin some time in late October.
